The caregiver home becomes a calm relationship channel, not an operator console. "Between You" is reskinned into the canon Things room: warm-neutral, hairlines, authority from Lexend weight, a small static Pip on her card only. Per-person theming sets the palette while the deployment tone stays fixed by role. This page is the front door to every artifact behind the redesign.

Things tone for the caregiver Warm-neutral, hairlines, Lexend-weight authority, line icons, the system's own voice, a small static Pip on her card only.
Per-person theming Theme is the palette per person; tone is fixed by role. thingsTone(T) renders any of 8 themes in the stable Things shape; only hue changes.
Hard-day reach-out owns the screen F5 takes the whole home; tasks wait; one quiet "wins are here" line; no competing CTA.
Warmth is push-primary, consumed in place The home never advertises waiting warmth; receiving is felt and vanishing; opening is never made rewarding.

Money no-zero everywhere Never "$0"; an en dash, a centered dot, or "(rest day)"; no completion rate, score, or compliance streak.
Direction is the axis Receiving is on the home; sending and admin live behind the one Manage door. The launcher matures by labels, never a rebuild.
"Between You" is the chosen design Scored 88/100; the earlier two-card "Them & You" home is superseded.

Open decisions

Community: ship or defer Ship eventually vs defer indefinitely. The most defensible to cut.
Co-caregiver warmth A YOU-zone arbiter (recommended) vs routing co-caregiver warmth through MADDY's Group F.
Bounded "Ask the circle" Auto-route to all supporters (lowest decision-count, canon-preferred) vs the caregiver picks.
Browsable Learning shelf A standalone browsable shelf vs in-context only (the safest path).
Remaining theme token sets Mint, Cotton Candy Sky, Golden Hour, and Pillow Fort still to be derived and locked; only 4 of 8 are done. Blocks all-theme ship.
accentInk method Hand-tuned per-theme lookup vs programmatic darkening. Blocks all-theme ship, not the P1 default.
Candy chroma-cut amount Cotton and Mint fail contrast, Bubblegum and Golden are borderline; needs a visual plus WCAG pass. Blocks all-theme ship.

Deferred · firewall only, build reusable

Out of scope for v1.0, but the design forwards the seams so each is additive later, never a rebuild. Build the extensible launcher, the reusable one-warm-thing primitive, and the YOU-zone, and keep Pip bound to MADDY.
